ENGINES

All of our remanufactured and rebuilt CAT diesel engines come Complete, Dyno Tested with Zero Hours and Ready to Work. We replace ALL components with mostly New Genuine O.E.M. Caterpillar Parts ordered directly from the dealer. All assembly and installation is completed from start to finish at our facility. Our technicians operate a specialized Caterpillar Engine Component shop and can build any of our engines to your specifications STPR’s aim is to provide factory quality remanufactured engines for your CAT equipment.

Transmission & Torque converter

Transmissions and torque converters starting from the 416 backhoe series to the massive 785 haul trucks are reconditioned to Caterpillar OEM Standards. - Transmissions are pre-washed before tear down, and during tear down transmission components are inspected and cleaned to Caterpillar requirements - Each Transmission / Torque Converter that is completed must pass through the test stand. - At the customers request, a computerized pressure acquisition - Component failure analysis is available.

Differentials

Our remanufactured differentials are available for a wide range of applications. Only the highest quality gears, bearings and seals are used in the remanufacturing differentials at STPR. Every differential is brought back to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Brakes & Final drives

Why wait for your final drive or brake group to be repaired? STPR can have a quality, rebuilt unit on site and ready to install faster than most repairs. STPR rebuild process is second to none.
